In Loving Memory  The dearly  loved wife of David Tomkinson and mother of Andrew Bucknall, the dear grandma of James, Robert and Rachel. Hazel was a warm friendly person, who was well liked and respected by everyone who knew her Hazel was educated at Wharf Lane School, Shelton, and lived and worked, (retail/advertising) in Stoke-on-Trent most of her life before  moving to Crewe, Cheshire. with husband David.

Hazel is sadly missed by siblings Tom, Sheila, Gillian and Michael.
