Kurt Donald Cobain was born on February 20, 1967, He was the first child born to Donald Cobain and wife Wendy O'Connor. He led a happy childhood until the divorce of his parents transformed him from a happy and bright child into a total outcast. On the 2nd of February 1981, on Kurt's 14th birthday he bought his first guitar. In the following years he tried creating his own music and style.  In 1985, Cobain quit high school and started work, he had numerous jobs non of which were successful.In 1986, he formed a band with fellow Aberdonians, bassist Krist Novoselic and Aaron Burckhard on drums (eventually replaced by Dave Grohl). They went through several names and finally Nirvana had been created.  In 1988 they made their first demo which was soon followed by their first single.  The following year Nirvana's album had been released.  After signing with the record company Geffen Records, In 1991 Nirvana's ground breaking album Nevermind was released.            Nirvanamania had begun..... At the start of 1992 the ever reckless Cobain married Courtney Love, A match certainly not made in heaven. And on 18th August 1992 their daughter Frances Bean Cobain was born. Many of his friends and colleagues hoped he would start to lead a calmer life...they were very mistaken as on the 8th of April 1994 he was found dead in his home with gunshot wound's to the head. This tragic event had taken place but 3 days earlier. Suicide murder or even an accident, the stories and the whispers are many, will we ever know the truth?.
