The family of a 22-year-old man who died in
last week's London bombings have paid tribute to a "fun-loving and
colourful" character. Hair stylist Phil Beer was killed on the
Piccadilly line Tube blast near Russell Square. Mr Beer, of Borehamwood, Herts, died as he travelled to work in Knightsbridge.

them "so much happiness", and his loss had left them feeling
empty. Mr Beer lived with his parents Kim and Phil, both 47, and
had four sisters, Michelle, 25, Stacy 24, Angelina, 15 and
one-year-old Lilymay. His loss has left us feeling very empty and
we miss his infectious loud laugh. In a statement, the family
said: "You would meet him once and never forget him. He had so
