While the texture is different from my favorite pet training pads which have become difficult to find, I’m very happy with these pads. Since my senior pup has a tendency to tinkle on the edge of the pad I won’t claim they never leak – it’s not the pads fault – it’s my dog’s. I will say they absorb most of the mess in spite of this. The absorbency of these pads is much better than most of the pads I’ve tried lately in an attempt to replace my regular pads. My boy can piddle several times on the pad instead of just once which is a big change. When my regular pads become available again, I will purchase both brands because they’re equally good for this price point. I’m very satisfied.
