I’ve had other conical burr electric coffee grinders and they have not been very good. The motor stalls, it’s noisy, the grind is inconsistent. The ground coffee will have fine grinds mixed with course chunks, etc.Now this grinder is the best ever. It’s super quiet. The grind is perfectly consistent. It’s anti-static, the ground coffee does not stick to the inside of the ground coffee container. The grinder powers through the grind without any sign of strain on the motor. Best of all, and this was a pleasant surprise to me, that is not mentioned anywhere, is that is has a DC motor! Devices with DC motors usually cost more. DC motors are more powerful and digitally controlled. They’re quieter. And they last longer. I checked out the actual burr grinder and both the upper half and lower half are stainless steel. This should last for ever. Other grinders I have had, one half of the grinder is metal and the other half is plastic. I highly recommend this grinder. Its an awesome grinder at a great price for what you’re getting.
